Corporate & Individual Scholarship Sponsorship Coordinator
This is a dual-focus role: you will act as a Partnerships Manager for large-scale corporate entities and a Fundraising Officer for high-net-worth individual donors. Your goal is to secure the financial commitments needed to sustain and expand our scholarship programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Partnerships (Partnerships Manager)
- Deal Structuring: Design and pitch "Sponsorship Packages" to corporate CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) departments.
- B2B Engagement: Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with blue-chip companies, banks, and tech firms in Nigeria and abroad.
- Brand Alignment: Work with corporate partners to ensure their brand values are reflected in the specific scholarship programs they fund

2. Individual Donor Engagement (Fundraising Officer)
- Donor Research: Identify and approach high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and philanthropic leaders interested in education.
- Direct Solicitation: Lead one-on-one fundraising meetings, articulating the foundation's impact to secure individual donations and endowments.
- Legacy Giving:
- Develop programs for recurring individual contributions and educational "adoption" schemes.
- Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in business development, high-level sales, or NGO fundraising.
- Network: An existing network of contacts within the Nigerian corporate landscape or philanthropic circles is highly preferred.
- Skills: * Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to draft professional, high-stakes funding proposals.
- Strong presentation skills (comfortable pitching to C-suite executives).
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.

Scholarship Coordinator
Role Overview
Seeking a highly organized and community-driven Scholarship Coordinator to lead our student outreach and award programs. This role is central to our mission of identifying and supporting less privileged students in Nigeria. You will manage the entire scholarship lifecycle while overseeing a team of field officers to ensure our resources reach those who need them most.
Key Responsibilities
1. Scholarship Program Management
- Design and implement the end-to-end application, screening, and selection process for scholarship candidates.
- Ensure all selection criteria are met with the highest level of transparency and integrity.
- Maintain a database of all applicants and successful awardees to track academic progress.
2. Student Outreach & Field Operations
- Direct Outreach: Develop strategies to reach underserved communities and schools across Lagos and Nigeria.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate a team of Field Officers and Representatives.
- Site Visits: Oversee school visits to promote the program, verify student claims, and gather high-quality referrals.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between the foundation and partner schools/local community leaders.
3. Strategic Growth
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local higher institutions and international schools abroad.
- Create and manage digital or physical platforms to engage and empower Nigerian youth.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in educational administration, NGO operations, or scholarship management.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage a field team and coordinate logistics across different locations.
- Integrity: Strong ethical background, as you will be handling sensitive selection processes for the less privileged.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for public speaking in schools and networking with international partners.
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Education, or a related field.
Working Conditions

- Field Work: Must be willing to travel to various schools and communities for program promotion and verification.
